Introduce yourself to our friendly team and tell us about the video tribute you want to create.

We will then invite you to fill in a short and easy to use online form. This helps us understand more about who your loved one was. This is your space to share their personality, favourite hobbies, quirks, sense of humour or anything that made them uniquely them. These little details help us shape a tribute that truly reflects their spirit.

We will then guide you through the simple process of sending us your digital photos, phone footage, home movies or videos. You’ll receive a secure, easy to use link that lets you upload everything in one go, no fuss, no complicated steps. If you need any help along the way, we’re always here to support you.

Please only include the photos and videos you would like featured in the video. We recommend a maximum of 40 photos and ten minutes of collective footage.

Personalise your video

Simply gather the photos and video clips you’d like us to include in the tribute. This can include anything that holds meaning; cherished childhood snapshots, candid phone videos, family holidays, special celebrations or quiet everyday moments. Whether they are recent or decades old, posed or spontaneous, each one helps to tell the story of a life well-lived.

You can scan your physical photographs or simply use your phone or digital camera to take clear, well-lit photos of them.

Select a song that holds special meaning to you and your loved one. This might be a favourite tune, something symbolic or simply a piece that captures the right feeling. If you’re unsure, we’re happy to suggest options that suit the tone and length of your tribute. The maximum video length is six minutes.

Once we’ve received everything, we carefully begin crafting your video tribute.

Receiving your video

Once we have received your online form, photos and videos, the standard delivery timeframe for a tribute video is 7 days. However we will do everything we can to send your finished video as soon as possible.

We will first send you a preview of your tribute to review. This gives you a chance to request any small changes.

Once these changes have been made, you will receive the final version via a downloadable link.

Your funeral planner may connect you with us via email. We partner with a number of regional and national funeral directors and planners, as well as independent celebrants and religious organisations to provide our service as part of their funeral packages.
